PRMG Surveyors is regulated by the RICS and all our Surveys are undertaken and / or reviewed by an RICS Surveyor .

We aim to get an inspection of the required property undertaken within 5 working days from your quote and provide you with a full written Report within a further 5 days. Any issues or defects will be discussed with you immediately after the inspection to enable you to follow up with your Solicitors, the Estate Agent or the Vendor.

Depending on whether you choose a Level 2 or Level 3 Survey, some of the more common issues a PRMG Surveyor will look for include:

- Signs of subsidence
- Strength of the roof structure
- Evidence of damp
- Infestations
- Condition of services (e.g. electricity and gas)
- Japanese knotweed
- Legal Issues
- Asbestos / dangerous materials
