We use the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) actual Licensed products rather than more basic in-house designed reports favoured by some surveying firms. The RICS products are specifically designed with the consumer in mind, they follow a structured process designed to be easy to read and understand. All the main elements are given a Condition Rating using the ‘traffic light system’.
All surveys for Home Buyers are carried out by Chartered Surveyors who are RICS Registered Valuers.
