Your report will be compiled following an extensive inspection of the property. Our surveyors spend an average of 3 hours checking every aspect of the homes we visit. We are able to inspect roofs and high-level areas with drone technology. Damp is assessed using the latest in advanced moisture detection technology. Defects such as asbestos and subsidence are identified using our years of experience.
