We aim to deliver all our reports within 5 working days, from the date of the survey taking place.
No, however our RICS HomeBuyers report (Level 2) do include a free valuation as standard. Many other companies charge extra for this to be added to the HomeBuyers Report (Level 2). Valuations can be included in other reports on request at an additional cost.
Payment is taken over the phone and we accept both debit and credit cards.
