Our coordinator will work with you to arrange a suitable time to send out one of our expert drainage engineers for a survey.
On the day of your appointment, our engineer will arrive at the allotted time and will go over your issue with you before setting up our CCTV equipment. Please note that we would like to park our van as close to your home as possible for our equipment, and we may need a power source.
Our engineer will then access your drains and insert the CCTV camera in order to take an in-depth look at what may be causing your problem. The camera will allow the engineer to see everything in real-time so that we can identify the problem then and there!
We will then give you a full report with photographs and video evidence of any defects we may have found in the system, with a clear recommendation of how we can solve your problem.
Depending on what we find, we can either resolve your issue immediately, or we can arrange for a follow-up visit!
