We are also RICS Accredited Valuers and can provide valuations for taxation, matrimonial, probate, and retrospective purposes.

Other areas we cover include dilapidations either acting on behalf of the freeholder or the lessee for the negotiation of interim and terminal schedules of dilapidations. We can prepare schedules of condition to limit your liability when you are acquiring a leasehold property.
