Warmans Surveying was established in London in 1859 and has been providing surveying services ever since.
Over the years the company has always prided itself on its quality service and professional advice, which is why Warmans has such a good reputation in the property industry. The majority of the work undertaken is repeat business from historic clients and recommendations from solicitors, Estate Agents and Financial Advisors.
The core of our business today is surveying of properties, prior to purchase.
The surveyors are vastly experienced in surveying London’s aging Georgian and Victorian housing stock but over the years they have surveyed buildings across the building spectrum from buildings dating back to the 14th century and anything in between up to a value of around £30M.
